Focused Forward-Thinking Cohesive Design Solutions

I help large organizations best serve their constituents with my focused and forward-thinking project planning and technical account management.

I am presently a Technical Account Manager where I serve as a technical consultant and project manager for Clever’s largest and most strategic school district and enterprise application partners. I drive proactive actions that will lead to more successful implementations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive down support ticket volume.

My previous work was as a Project Manager at Tacoma Public Schools (TPS) where I managed the implementation of a 1:1 technology initiative. This three-facet initiative provided district-managed devices to all 30,000 students, developing curricular standards in remote/hybrid/blended environments, and implementing a Schoology learning management system. Additionally, I managed our multi-year Online Enrollment project which migrated our district’s new-student enrollment, choice transfer enrollment, and student verification systems to an online environment. This project touched each student and family member in our district and involved collaboration with all levels of central administration. We collaborated with the team at PowerSchool Enrollment to make this vision a reality.

I also held the role of Learning Systems Product Manager at the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) where I was the project lead in managing student access to learning applications using the multi-faceted student, teacher, and administrator solutions built by Clever. I also led our district work in exploring learning management solutions (LMS) that worked with the district's unique needs.

Prior to that, I led a multi-year project to implement the first instance of a student-focused Salesforce database at the University of San Francisco where we developed needs assessments, wrote hundreds of use cases, pinpointed functional requirements, collaborated with external partners on a 12-week implementation, and trained a staff of 22 on the CRM.

My background in the education field has ranged from preschool to higher education, in front of the classroom and behind the scenes. My work with technology has focused on redesigning education systems to stay current with 21st century skill demands and personalized learning opportunities.

My degrees are in literature (B.A., UC Santa Cruz) and educational technology (M.A., University of San Francisco). I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in August 2019.
